OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS
High-repetition technical development structured around two focused environments: dedicated 1-on-1 private coaching and competitive small group mastery.
Private 1-on-1 Sessions
Custom-tailored technical coaching calibrated to individual mechanics, position, and player goals.
The pinnacle of individualized soccer development. Available in 60, 90, or 120-minute blocks after a technical evaluation. We focus on foot angling, weight distribution on ball contact, first-touch evasion under pressure, striking biomechanics, and tactical decision-making speed.
Small Group Training
High-tempo competitive micro-environments with 3 to 6 matched-ability athletes.
Replicating real-game pressure while keeping touch counts at an elite level (over 1,200 touches per session). Available in 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions. Athletes compete in dynamic 1v1, 2v2 rondo situations, fast-break finishing, and combination play in small groups of 3 to 6 players.

PROGRAM FAQS
What is the difference between Private Sessions and Small Group Training?
Private 1-on-1 sessions offer 100% dedicated coach attention focused purely on an individual's biomechanics, weak-foot development, and position requirements. Small Group Training (3–6 players) adds competitive pressure, game-speed decision making, and rondos while maintaining high personal touch volume.
How does the Free Evaluation Session work?
Every new athlete begins with a 45-minute comprehensive technical evaluation. We assess ball mastery, first-touch under pressure, striking mechanics, agility, and decision speed. Afterward, we provide parents with feedback on the recommended training pathway.
Where are the training sessions hosted?
We operate out of premier indoor and outdoor FIFA-grade turf facilities across the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto Central, North York, Vaughan, and Mississauga).
What age groups and skill levels do you train?
We train players from grassroots foundations (ages 7+) through teenage competitive and prep athletes (ages 12–18). Players in Small Group Training are strictly grouped by matched age and technical ability.
