PROGRAM FAQS

What is the difference between Private Sessions and Small Group Training?

Private 1-on-1 sessions offer 100% dedicated coach attention focused purely on an individual's biomechanics, weak-foot development, and position requirements. Small Group Training (3–6 players) adds competitive pressure, game-speed decision making, and rondos while maintaining high personal touch volume.

How does the Free Evaluation Session work?

Every new athlete begins with a 45-minute comprehensive technical evaluation. We assess ball mastery, first-touch under pressure, striking mechanics, agility, and decision speed. Afterward, we provide parents with feedback on the recommended training pathway.

Where are the training sessions hosted?

We operate out of premier indoor and outdoor FIFA-grade turf facilities across the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto Central, North York, Vaughan, and Mississauga).

What age groups and skill levels do you train?

We train players from grassroots foundations (ages 7+) through teenage competitive and prep athletes (ages 12–18). Players in Small Group Training are strictly grouped by matched age and technical ability.
